How to cancel your storage unit rental agreement?

Several options are available to you; simply choose the one you prefer:

Cancel your contract by email:

1. Click here to download the cancellation document to complete.
2. Then, simply send the signed document to one of the following email addresses:
   • If you are renting a unit in Nîmes: nimes@atout-box.fr
   • If you are renting a unit in Montpellier: montpellier@atout-box.fr
   • If you are renting a unit in Alès: ales@atout-box.fr
   • If you are renting a unit in Avignon: avignon@atout-box.fr

Or

Via your customer account:

1. Have your Atout-Box credentials handy. You received them by email when you created your contract. If you can't find them, simply click on 'forgotten password' or contact us by phone or email to receive them again.
2. Log in to your customer account:
3. Click on current contracts and then on Cancel my contract.

• If you are vacating your unit during our advisors' hours: once your unit is empty, make sure it is clean. Then go to the front desk to sign your move-out condition report. 
• If you are vacating your unit outside of our advisors' hours: simply leave your unit open and clean and send us an email confirming that you have vacated your unit. After verification, we will confirm the cancellation of your contract to save you from having to return. 

Please note that if you do not vacate your unit on the scheduled date, your subscription will continue to be billed. Don't forget to sign your move-out condition report at the front desk for the contract termination to be effective.
