I found a storage unit on short notice and signed up for the contract very easily over the phone with Emilie’s help. Once I arrived at Le Millénaire, I received a warm welcome and went through a quick paperwork process with Clarant, followed by a tour of the facility, a demonstration of the available services, and an explanation of the check-in and check-out procedures with her colleague. And that’s it—the total time spent on the phone and on-site, from the initial quote to moving in: about 35 minutes!
