The welcome and service are excellent, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I was able to get some boxes that were deducted from the future rent of my storage unit. In addition, they offered me a hand truck, although I didn't need it, but the gesture is very appreciated. The fact that a truck is available is an undeniable advantage. Perfect service, fast, conscientious and with follow-up! The storage units are clean, large and accessible! There are toilets and a vending machine for drinks and snacks, I swear it makes all the difference! I would like to thank the team who went above and beyond to satisfy our needs despite my unfriendly tone that day, I am deeply sorry!

Very good welcome and responsiveness from the staff. Simple and flexible for the procedures. The storage units are clean, and even if you are located on the upper floor, access is easy via the freight elevator. A good storage solution.

Apart from a padlock on the storage unit, I couldn't get in. But a lady came to my rescue to remove it. And it's very secure and clean, with carts. It's great for transporting things.

Very clean all the time despite the inconveniences caused every weekend, in the evening, by urban rodeos in front for several years. An adorable team that doesn't let that get them down and maintains top quality service. You can go there with your eyes closed whether you are professionals or individuals. Very welcoming and Angeline took the time to explain how the storage units work despite my late arrival. Courteous and attentive. The only downside she informed me about was the loan of a vehicle for the move, which I didn't know beforehand.
